Made of durable cast-aluminum, which promotes even baking and crisp details in the finished cakelets.
A premium gold-tone, nonstick finish guarantees fast release and makes cleanup a breeze.

USE & CARE
Use
Before each use, wash pan with hot, soapy water.
Oven safe to 450°F.
Use only wood, silicone, plastic or other nonmetallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.分期付款
For best results, brush pan with an unsalted solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. You can also use vegetable oil or a nonstick baking spray. If using a spray, check to make sure that it does not contain lecithin, which can cause a gummy residue. Turn pan upside down and tap to remove excess flour. These steps will help ensure easy release and excellent pattern definition.
After baking, cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Tap pan firmly a few times, then invert, lift pan away and let the cake continue to cool on rack.
To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 3/4 full.
Care
Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.

金塊昨天宛如神準的「柯瑞上身」，上半場三分球廿七投十六中，已追平騎士隊締造的半場最多三分球進球數；下半場整體手感雖不如上半場，厄南戈梅茲最後兩分十秒外線再破網，累積的廿四球也追平由火箭隊保持的聯盟單場最多記三分球紀錄。
為金塊貢獻四記外線的哈里斯笑說：「每次有人投籃，感覺都會進球，真是太瘋狂了。」他透露全隊都知道有機會改寫紀錄，「我們也試著再多進一球。」但滿場球迷的鼓譟聲沒能化成歡呼，金塊最後一分鐘兩次外線嘗試都落空，差一球寫新頁。

北市勞動檢查處日前認定蝶戀花旅行社與駕駛康育薰有僱傭關係，17日進一步查明，康育薰至少從1月29日連續上班12天至2月9日，明顯違反「7休1」；加上未置備工資清冊、出勤記錄與勞工名卡等事項，將依《勞基法》對蝶戀花開罰。
勞檢處14、15日前往蝶戀花勞檢，經與勞動部職安署、桃園市勞動局取得共識，均認定蝶戀花對駕駛有指揮監督之實，應負僱主責任。不過，蝶戀花並未依法置備勞工工資清冊、出勤記錄與名卡，已屬違法。
外界質疑康育薰是否超時工作？勞檢處長江明志表示，從班表看來，康育薰從1月29日至2月9日都上班，無論2月10日康育薰休假日保養車輛是否算上班，按班表已連續出勤至少12天，違反「7休1」。
江明志說，根據《勞基法》，蝶戀花未置備勞工名卡、工資清冊，可各開罰2萬至30萬元，未置備出勤記錄可罰9萬至45萬元，違反7休1可罰2萬至100萬元，且可加罰50％至150萬元。
不過，外界也質疑，發生嚴重翻車事故後，相關單位才開始對旅行社、遊覽車公司展開勞檢，是否為時已晚？
江明志表示，旅行社、遊覽車的主管機關分別為交通部觀光局和公路總局，地方政府較難掌握哪一家業者「可能有狀況」。
